The invention provides an anti-pilling antistatic wool fabric conditioning agent, which is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 18 to 25 parts of ethyl acrylate, 15 to 20 parts of polyoxyethylene octyl benzyl alcohol, 6 to 10 parts of stearamide, 5 to 8 parts of magnesium stearate, 3 to 6 parts of sodium sulfate, 2 to 4 parts of glycol, 2 to 4 parts of potassium tartrate, 2 to 4 parts of sodium carboxymethyl starch, 1 to 3 parts of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 70 to 80 parts of ethanol, and 350 to 400 parts of water. The invention further provides a preparation method of the conditioning agent. The conditioning agent improves the anti-pilling grade of wool fabric by two levels or more, and at the same time the hydrophilicity of the wool fabric is basically not affected. Moreover, the wool fabric processed by the conditioning agent is antistatic, and thus the conditioning agent has a very good antistatic effect.
