Example Embodiment

[0015] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the drawings and embodiments.

[0016] Such as image 3 As shown, the catenary status monitoring system based on pantograph image analysis of the present invention is mainly composed of workstations, servers, disk arrays, printers, switches, high-definition cameras and other equipment.

[0017] The controlled station takes images of the incoming train pantograph, analyzes the parameters of the pantograph image, and uploads the parameters to the dispatch master station. The dispatch master station is connected to multiple controlled stations. The dispatching master station receives the train pantograph information from each controlled station, and through comparative analysis, monitors the status of the contact network between the controlled stations, stores the data, and alarms and displays abnormal information.

[0018] The controlled station installs cameras and servers for data processing. The dis...

Abstract

The invention discloses a catenary status monitoring system based on pantograph image analysis. The system includes a pantograph image recognition system and a catenary status monitoring system; firstly, a pantograph image is read in by the pantograph image recognition system and then is subjected to image preprocessing, a pantograph damage characteristic is extracted, finally characteristic comparison is carried out with a pantograph characteristic database, pantograph damage information is obtained, and the catenary status monitoring system allows the pantograph damage information of the station to be compared with pantograph damage information of a former station so as to obtain catenary damage information. Through analysis of come-and-go train pantograph images shot at fixed points of a route, the catenary status in the route is indirectly determined. Cameras only needed to be erected above a station entrance take pictures on a coming train, only two to three systems are required to be erected in one station, moreover, because erection positions are fixed, the damage degree of the camera systems is small, the devices are not easy to damage, and thus the cost is reduced.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to an auxiliary equipment for railways, in particular to a catenary state monitoring system based on pantograph image analysis. Background technique [0002] With the continuous increase of train speed, it is more and more important to study the dynamic characteristics of the pantograph-net system interaction. There are complex mechanical and electrical interactions between the pantograph and the catenary, and its failure rate has always been high, which seriously affects the operation of electrified railways. With the increase in operating mileage of electrified railways, effective maintenance and repair of existing lines has become a major problem faced by Chinese railway workers. [0003] The current pantograph detection system mainly adopts several methods such as manual detection, contact detection, non-contact ranging detection and non-contact image detection. Among them, non-contact image detection is the use of image acquisitio...
