Problems solved by technology

[0003] Existing top-emitting light-emitting devices generally adopt the form of top-emitting light, which can improve the light-emitting efficiency of light emission. However, due to the use of metal electrodes as reflective electrodes, the external ambient light is strongly reflected on the reflective electrodes of the emitting device, thus affecting The contrast and clarity of the display

Embodiment 1

[0031] see figure 1 , an organic electroluminescent device 100, which includes a substrate 10, a reflective electrode 11, an optical destructive layer 12, a first transmissive electrode 13, an OLED light-emitting structure 14 and a second transmissive electrode 15 stacked in sequence. Wherein, the optical destructive layer 12 includes a first optical destructive layer 12a, a second optical destructive layer 12b and a third optical destructive layer 12c.

[0032] In this embodiment, the substrate 10 is made of materials such as glass, metal sheets, silicon chips, and polymer materials, and since a top-emitting light-emitting device is prepared, the substrate 10 does not need to be transparent.

[0033] The material of the reflective electrode 11 is a first metal thin film, which is made of any one of metal gold, silver, aluminum, copper, nickel, platinum and magnesium or an alloy composed of at least two of them. The thickness of the metal thin film 11 is greater than 70nm. I...

Abstract

The invention discloses an organic electroluminescent device comprising a substrate, a reflection electrode, an optical damage layer, a first transmission electrode, an OLED luminescent structure and a second transmission electrode which are laminated in turn. Material like glass, metal sheets, silicon wafers or high-molecular material is selected by the substrate. Material of the reflection electrode is a first metal film. Material of the optical damage layer is oxide of silicon, oxide of titanium, oxide of hafnium, oxide of tantalum or oxide of rhenium. Material of the first transmission electrode is a conductive oxide film. Material of the second transmission electrode is a second metal film. According to a preparation method of the organic electroluminescent device, the optical damage layer is formed on the reflection electrode and used for formation of different gradients of refractive index so that the organic electroluminescent device prepared by utilizing the preparation method of the organic electroluminescent device is enabled to be higher in contrast ratio and sharpness.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of organic electroluminescence, in particular to an organic electroluminescence device and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] An organic electroluminescent device (Organic Light Emitting Diode, OLED for short) is a multilayer light emitting device using an organic light emitting material. Due to its high luminous efficiency, simple manufacturing process, and easy realization of full-color and flexible display, OLED has attracted more and more attention in the field of lighting and flat panel display. [0003] Existing top-emitting light-emitting devices generally adopt the form of top-emitting light, which can improve the light-emitting efficiency of light emission. However, due to the use of metal electrodes as reflective electrodes, the external ambient light is strongly reflected on the reflective electrodes of the emitting device, thus affecting contrast and clarity of the display. Cont...
