Abstract

The bidirectional disc-spring jar accelerator comprises a cylinder component, and a mandrel component is arranged in the cylinder component. The upper end of the mandrel component is connected with an upper joint (1) through a thread, the lower end of the mandrel component is connected with a terminal press cap (2) through a thread, and the upper joint is slidably connected with the upper end of the cylinder body. A disc spring (4) is arranged between the mandrel component and the cylinder component. By the bidirectional disc-spring jar accelerator, length of the jar accelerator is greatly reduced, materials are saved, and machining safety is improved. Machining difficulty and cost of inner holes of a hydraulic cylinder are reduced. Sealing requirement of the jar accelerator is reduced, acceleration speed of the integral jar accelerator can be manually controlled by an adjusting sleeve component, and practicality is high.
