Abstract

The invention discloses a quick-drying type low-temperature reversible color change water-based ink and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing 20-25 parts of alkyd resin, 50-55 parts of purified water, 1-2 parts of a defoaming agent P1-40 and 20-25 parts of a resin diluent, mixing the four raw materials, stirring uniformly, and measuring the pH value of the mixed solution until the pH value is stable and unchanged between 8.5 and 9.5, thereby preparing a mixed solution A; (2) weighing 60-80 parts of a pigment, 20-23 parts of silicon dioxide and 7.5-8 parts of copper sulfate pentahydrate, mixing the three materials and stirring uniformly to obtain a mixed solution B; (3) mixing the mixed solution A obtained in the step (1) with the mixed solution B obtained in the step (2), fully stirring, grinding, and filtering to obtain a low-temperature reversible color change water-based ink C; (4) weighing 60-100 parts of the low-temperature reversible color change water-based ink C prepared in the step (3), and putting the ink into a volumetric flask for later use; (5) adding 1-5 parts of a 0.1-0.9% anionic surfactant into the water-based ink weighed in the step (4), and stirring uniformly; and (6) preparing modified water-based ink, sealing the water-based ink, and putting the water-based ink in the shadow for storage.
