Abstract

An intermediate infrared laser LED and an orthogonal phase-locking detection technique are adopted for effectively detecting the trace gas. The light source of the device is composed of two pieces of far infrared laser LEDs and respectively covers a gas absorption spectrum of the gas and a non-gas absorption spectrum. The detecting signal is amplified by a driving and switching unit and two laser tubes can be controlled by the driving and switching unit so as to emit the light according to the time sequence, meanwhile, the gas is detected, the impact caused by the environment and the circuit drift is effectively eliminated, the precision is high, the cost is low and the noise is low.
