The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1), dissolving an additive by using NMP so as to obtain 1% NMP solution; (2), taking PVDF powder, adding NMP into a stirrer, and stirring to prepare 10% transparent PVDF solution for later use; (3), adding super-conductive carbon black into the transparent PVDF solution obtained in the step (2), and stirring to form PVDF conductive solution; and (4), adding 97.0 kg of a positive material into the PVDF conductive solution, simultaneously adding 1.1 kg of the NMP solution prepared in the step (1), stirring, further stirring for 240 minutes under the condition that a stirring container is vacuumized, taking out the slurry after stirring, and sieving through a 120-mesh sieve so as to obtain the positive coating slurry.
