Abstract

The invention relates to a knitted fabric capable of releasing negative oxygen ions. The knitted fabric comprises a first fabric layer which is woven from negative oxygen ion polyester fibers, wherein the negative oxygen ion polyester fibers are prepared from 2-8 parts by weight of negative oxygen ion powder and 92-98 parts by weight of bio-based polyester powder through blending, extrusion, granulation and spinning. The invention further discloses a production method of the knitted fabric capable of releasing negative oxygen ions. The production method comprises the following steps: adding negative oxygen ion powder and bio-based polyester powder into a high-speed mixer, mixing, extruding by virtue of a double-screw extruder, and granulating to prepare negative oxygen ion polyester master batches; and carrying out melt spinning on the negative oxygen ion polyester master batches to prepare negative oxygen ion polyester fibers, and weaving a first fabric layer by virtue of the negative oxygen ion polyester fibers. By virtue of the technical scheme, the fabric is produced into clothes, is comfortable to wear and is capable of well releasing negative oxygen ions; and the knitted fabric produced by virtue of the production method is capable of well releasing negative oxygen ions, is comfortable to wear and is easy to process.
