Abstract

The invention discloses a rolling bearing fault diagnosis method using particle filter and spectral kurtosis, and relates to particle filter noise reduction processing and spectral kurtosis calculation. In this method, on the basis of fast spectral kurtosis, particle filter denoising is used to improve the signal-to-noise ratio, which solves the problem of poor feasibility of fast spectral kurtosis in the case of low signal-to-noise ratio. First, the state equation of the vibration signal is established; then the background noise is extracted, and the sum of it and the state equation is used as the observation equation; finally, the state space model is established by combining the state equation and the observation equation; the particle filter algorithm is used to re-estimate the signal to obtain a new sequence That is, the signal after noise reduction; finally, use the fast spectral kurtosis method to obtain the best analysis frequency band and obtain the fault frequency.
