During starting, a control part is powered by a storage battery first, voltage of high voltage direct current in the storage battery is reduced to voltage required by the control part via the high energy taking power supply, and then the high voltage direct current is supplied to a converter main control panel, a monitoring screen and the like. When the main control panel controls a main circuit to be made, the switch power supply takes electricity from an alternating current side of the energy storage converter, converts the electricity into low-voltage control electricity and replaces the high energy taking power supply for power supply.
