Abstract

The invention discloses a tobacco water retention biological organic fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: fermenting wastes by using bacillus amyloliquefaciens (IAE), compounding the fermentation product with humic acid, and then secondarily fermenting vinegar residue compost to from a biological organic fertilizer which is suitable for tobaccos and has a water retention effect. In the biological organic fertilizer, the number of effective strains is more than or equal to 0.5*10<8>cfu / g, the content of an effective water retention material is more than or equal to 21g / kg in dry weight, the water content is less than or equal to 30%, and the organic content is more than or equal to 45%. A test shows that after the tobacco is transplanted for 30 days, the water content of 0-10cm of the tobacco field soil in which the biological organic fertilizer is applied is 32.7% higher than that of the soil in which the biological organic fertilizer is not applied and the tobacco plant biomass is increased by 55.6%. The water retention biological organic fertilizer disclosed by the invention can significantly increase the water content of the soil and improve the biomass of tobacco plants at the seedling stage.
