Abstract

The invention relates to a medicine-carried acupuncture needle capable of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a, extracting volatile oil from the following herbal materials: 18-22 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 16-20 parts of angelica sinensis, 12-16 parts of radix curcumae, 8-10 parts of folium artemisiae argyi and 4-6 parts of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae; b, preparing a high-molecular material inclusion compound of the volatile oil by use of a saturated aqueous solution; c, acquiring a proper amount of the high-molecular materials, adding distilled water, heating for dissolving so as to prepare a solution with mass concentration of 3%-5%, then adding volatile oil inclusion compound with weight which is 0.4-0.8 times that of the solution, dissolving, spraying the solution to the surface of a needle body of the acupuncture needle by use of a spraying method, wherein the high-molecular material is selected from one or more of polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone and hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin. By virtue of preparing the volatile oil inclusion compound and utilizing the high-molecular material as a framework, a volatile oil film layer capable of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis is formed on the surface of the acupuncture needle, and a favorable effect of treating diseases by virtue of combination of acupuncture and herb material volatile oil is achieved.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medicine, in particular to a drug-loaded acupuncture needle for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. 【Background technique】 [0002] With the strengthening of people's awareness of health care, traditional non-drug therapies are showing a better and better development trend, among which the traditional method of acupuncture is the most prominent. However, relying solely on acupuncture and moxibustion still has many shortcomings, such as the narrow range of acupuncture and moxibustion, and the treatment effect on some diseases is slow or weak. Therefore, the combination of drug therapy and acupuncture has become a new treatment method. [0003] At present, there are some patent applications for drug-loaded acupuncture needles, such as: Yin Zhiheng, Ma Yueqin. A drug-loaded acupuncture needle. Chinese patent, patent number ZL 200320112401.3, announcement date 2014.11.17, the described dr...
