According to the process, by virtue of a vacuum air-adjusting fresh keeping technique, the fresh lily raw mateiral is in a gas environment with low oxygen and high nitrogen; the metabolism speed of the fresh cut lily can be further inhibited and the respiration intensity is lowered; and oxidation of the fresh cut lily surface and reproduction of bacteria can be controlled, so that the refreshing time of the fresh cut lily is prolonged to about 15-20 days; meanwhile, by virtue of a polypropylene composite bowl, the vacuum air-adjusting preservation process has good heat sealability and simultaneously has certain gas permeability, so as to keep the gas environment in package in balance within 10 days; by virtue of the package, the fresh cut lily can be effectively protected in the air-adjusting environment which is beneficial to preservation; and squeeze damages in the transport process are avoided.
