Through the first auxiliary winding N3 and the second auxiliary winding N4 which are wound on the two magnetic yokes respectively and wound in the directions opposite to that of the primary winding N1 and that of the secondary winding N2 respectively, a rising edge of the output voltage pulse waveform is obviously reduced, and the sterilization efficiency of a pulsed electric field food sterilization device applying the pulse transformer is improved.
