Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method for reduction treatment of sludge by synergistic effect of chelating agent and complex enzyme preparation. The device comprises a chelating agent treatment zone, a pH adjusting zone and a complex enzyme treatment zone which are arranged in order; stirrers arranged in three zones; and an aerating apparatus arranged at the bottom part of the complex enzyme treatment zone. The method comprises the following steps: (1) taking sludge to the chelating agent treatment zone, and feeding chelating agent to sludge, wherein the sludge staying time is 2-10 hours; (2) making sludge after the chelating agent treatment enter the pH adjusting zone, and adjusting the pH value of sludge to 7-8; (3) making the sludge after adjusting pH to enter the complex enzyme treatment zone, and adding complex enzyme preparation in the sludge, wherein the sludge staying time is 24-48 hours; making a part of sludge after complex enzyme treatment backflow to the chelating agent treatment zone.
