The method includes following steps: pulverizing potentilla anserina into potentilla anserina particles; adding the potentilla anserina particles into water, and extracting so as to allow polysaccharides in the potentilla anserina particles to be dissolved into water; separating the aqueous potentilla anserina polysaccharide solution after extraction in the step 2 from the potentilla anserina particles to obtain a crude potentilla anserina polysaccharide solution; subjecting the crude potentilla anserina polysaccharide solution to ultrafiltration with an ultrafiltration membrane to obtain a purified potentilla anserina polysaccharide solution; mixing the purified potentilla anserina polysaccharide solution with absolute alcohol, and performing alcohol precipitation to precipitate the potentilla anserina polysaccharides from the purified potentilla anserina polysaccharide solution; and separating the precipitated potentilla anserina polysaccharides in the step 5 from the mixture of the purified potentilla anserina polysaccharide solution and the absolute alcohol and drying to obtain the purified potentilla anserina polysaccharides.
