Abstract
The invention provides a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display panel. The polarizing plate comprises a polarizing layer, a supporting layer, a surface protection layer, a peeling protection layer, and a binding layer. The polarizing layer is used for the polarizing of incident light, wherein the incident light after polarizing is emitted. The supporting layer is used for protecting the polarizing layer. The surface protection layer is used for isolating the upper surface of the polarizing layer with an external environment. The peeling protection layer is used for isolating the lower surface of the polarizing layer with the external environment. The binding layer is used for enabling the polarizing plate to be connected to an array substrate or a color film substrate. The binding layer is a conductive binding layer with a conductive material. The polarizing plate and the liquid crystal display panel can effectively eliminate electric static and are lower in manufacture cost.
