The method comprises the steps of selecting water diversion hole point locations; cutting crevices along a crevice by using a handheld concrete crevice cutter; chiseling away concrete to form an inverted trapezoid groove; cutting a crevice along the crevice from the surface of a lining above a high water diversion point and cutting a crevice along the crevice from the bottom of the groove below the high water diversion point; chiseling away concrete to form a rectangular groove with the depth greater than the width; performing groove cleaning treatment; performing grouting treatment on the rectangular groove by using epoxy resin mortar to block leakage water; drilling water diversion holes at the marking points to lead the leakage water out; installing a composite water-swelling rubber strip in the inverted trapezoid groove and fixing the rubber strip to form a water diversion channel; using waterproof adhesive cement to seal the gap between the composite water-swelling rubber strip and the groove wall of the groove; filling the inverted trapezoid groove solidly with hydrophilic epoxy mortar; performing plastering treatment to finish the whole process.
