A signal processing method, system and device for a DPD (Digital Pre-Distortion) MCPA (Multi-Carrier Power Amplifier) and an MCPA are disclosed. The signal processing method for the DPD MCPA comprises a step of receiving a digital baseband signal of the DPD MCPA, and obtaining frequency point information of each carrier wave in the digital baseband signal after a first control signal is received; a step of performing carrier wave separation of the digital baseband signal according to the frequency point information to obtain at least two ways of carrier wave signals; performing corresponding treatment of the at least two ways of carrier wave signals, and sending the treated at least two ways of carrier wave signals to corresponding DPD processors for DPD treatment; and receiving at least two ways of feedback digital signals sent by corresponding couplers according to control of received feedback switching instructions, and sending the at least two ways of feedback digital signals to the corresponding DPD processors for serving as reference data for DPD treatment of the carrier wave signals. According to the invention, the digital baseband signal is separated into the at least two ways of carrier wave signals according to the frequency point information of each carrier wave, the correspondingly-processed carrier wave signals are output to the corresponding DPD processors for DPD treatment, and the carrier wave number of radiofrequency signals is increased without exceeding the treatment frequency band width of the DPD processor, and the data transmission speed of the base station is improved.
