Produced liquid of an oil well enters the gas-liquid separator through a liquid inlet pipeline and is subjected to gas-liquid separation in the gas-liquid separator; and the liquid after metered by the tipping bucket flow meter enters the liquid accumulation barrel to be mixed with gas, and then enters an oil well production flow via a liquid outlet pipeline for delivery. The tipping bucket flow meter is further connected with an integrating instrument. A gas meter and a pressure gauge are arranged on the gas circuit pipeline. A safety valve is arranged on the liquid circuit pipeline.
