Abstract

Compared with the prior art, according to the black polyimide film and the preparation method, the dispersion time of the carbon powder is shortened, the dispersion effect is guaranteed; and the produced film is stable in thermal properties, high in coefficient of thermal expansion and thermal decomposition temperature, and wide in use range.
