Abstract

The invention discloses production equipment of a membrane filter material. The equipment contains a material placing mechanism, a composite mechanism, a winding mechanism and a temporary storing mechanism. The winding mechanism contains support plates and material rollers. A clamping slot is arranged along the length direction of each roller in the roller surface of the material roller. A plugboard is arranged on the periphery of the support plates. External profile of the plugboard matches the shape of the clamping slot. A support is also provided with a push assembly. A locking member for locking the plugboard is arranged in each clamping slot. Through the above scheme, after winding of a last material roller, the support plates rotate to place another new material roller at the winding position. As the membrane filter material is laid on the surface of the new material roller, the plugboard presses the membrane filter material into the clamping slot when the plugboard is inserted into the clamping slot of the new material roller. Thus, the membrane filter material is fixed to the new material roller. Then, the membrane filter material between the two material rollers is cut off; a driving component drives the new material roller to rotate for winding; and a tape which is fully winded is unloaded to realize continuous winding of the membrane filter material.
