The system comprises an early warning subsystem, a data processing subsystem, a wireless transmission subsystem, a data collecting subsystem and an optical fiber sensing subsystem. The data collecting subsystem is used for carrying out real-time online monitoring on a tunnel field through the optical fiber sensing subsystem, obtaining tunnel real-time monitoring signals and converting the tunnel real-time monitoring signals into electric signals. The wireless transmission subsystem is used for transmitting the electric signals collected and converted by the data collecting subsystem to the data processing subsystem in a long-distance mode. The data processing subsystem is used for receiving the electric signals transmitted by the wireless transmission subsystem and then comparing the electric signals with a preset threshold value of the data processing subsystem, and carrying out an early warning task on the comparison result through the early warning subsystem.
