Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, the distribution network fault location method in actual operation generally only relies on a single source method as the basis for judgment, and the distribution network in some areas with relatively complete basic automation facilities has not established a comprehensive method for fault information from two or more sources. [0046] There are two main types of fault information sources used for fault location in power distribution networks: one is the use of automated information, that is, various real-time information obtained through the SCADA system; the other is mainly the use of fault calls from users after power outages Complaint telephone information. Generally, the use of automated information to locate faults is called f...

Abstract

The invention discloses an auxiliary method for fault location and power supply recovery based on a GIS platform. The method comprises: distinguishing regional measurement and control properties; selecting a suitable fault location method and carrying out fault location (a rough set method, a Bayes formula method, and a power distribution network fault location method based on a GIS hierarchical power supply tree method); using an FTU device or a computing device to avoid human or power distribution network information interference, and to carry out accurate fault location; using a heuristic search algorithm to carry out analysis of different power supply recovery situations such as self-feeder recovery, whole area recovery of support feeders, partial area recovery of support feeders, load shifting, load shedding, and the like of the power distribution network, and enabling selection of a power supply recovery scheme set after a power distribution network fault; and evaluating and analyzing the selected scheme set by using a fuzzy evaluation method, to select an optimal power supply scheme. According to the method, multi-class multi-source information is comprehensively obtained; a scientific and systematic comprehensive analysis method is established to locate a faulty point; an optimal power supply recovery scheme is obtained, thereby making a conventional simple determination method obsolete.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of distribution network fault location, in particular to an auxiliary fault location system and a power supply recovery method based on a GIS platform. Background technique [0002] At present, the fault information of the distribution network comes from the outdoor FTU communication device on the one hand. Its working environment is harsh, the temperature difference range is large, and it has to withstand high voltage, current, lightning and other interference factors, and the FTU itself will have misjudgment and other factors. The possibility of interference or loss of fault information fed back by the power grid inevitably exists. On the other hand, complaints from users make the fault information uncertain and imprecise, and generate redundant information. Even if the fault area is judged, since the geographic location cannot be obtained directly, the emergency repair personnel may not be able to know the specifi...
