Abstract

The invention discloses a wave-absorbing material. The wave-absorbing material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 38-52 parts of polyacrylonitrile, 12-30 parts of bamboo fiber, 5-18 parts of graphite powder, 4-12 parts of chromium powder, 3-11 parts of iron powder, 14-28 parts of ethanol, 10-25 parts of nitric acid, 1-5 parts of an antioxidant, 1-4 parts of a plasticizer and 1-3 parts of a silane coupling agent KH550. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the wave-absorbing material. The reflectivity of the wave-absorbing material prepared by virtue of the preparation method is lower than -7dB in the frequency band range of 6GHz-15GHz, and the minimal reflectivity is (-27.9dB)-(-37.4dB), thereby presenting relatively good wave-absorbing performance; furthermore, the wave-absorbing performance can be correspondingly adjusted according to the thickness of the material, and the use is flexible and convenient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of electronic materials, in particular to a wave-absorbing material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the development of the electronics industry, more and more electronic and electrical products have entered people's lives, and the electromagnetic radiation brought by these products has an increasing impact on the environment. The electromagnetic waves released by electronic products will bring electromagnetic interference to other electronic devices around them, affecting abnormal work; at the same time, they will also cause harm to human health and gradually become serious new environmental pollutants. Therefore, the development of absorbing materials that can weaken electromagnetic radiation has attracted much attention. [0003] Absorbing materials refer to a class of materials that can effectively absorb incident electromagnetic waves and attenuate them. It converts incident e...
