Embodiment 1

[0019] Select sedimentary siderite ores with a siderite content greater than 60%;

[0020] Crush and sieve siderite ore to obtain siderite particles with a particle size between 1-2mm;

[0021] Calcining the above-mentioned siderite particles at 600-700°C to rapidly decompose them into hematite to obtain nanostructured calcined siderite particles;

[0022] Fill the above-mentioned calcined siderite particles into a filter column with a diameter of 100mm and a height of 1500mm, as a simulated deep phosphorus removal filter tank, with a filling height of 1000mm;

[0023] The simulated water with a phosphorus concentration of 10mg / L prepared from tap water was used as the experimental water, and flowed through the above-mentioned simulated deep phosphorus removal filter with a hydraulic retention time of 1h. It was detected that the phosphorus concentration in the water was always less than 0.1mg / L until it was operated for 8 months. After the effluent phosphorus concentration b...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for deeply removing phosphorus in water by using calcined siderite. The method is characterized by comprising: calcining siderite grains with the grain size ranging from 0.5-3 mm at 500-850 DEG C to quickly decompose the siderite grains into hematite so as to obtain nano-structure calcined siderite grains; and then, filling a deep phosphorous removal filtering basin with the calcined siderite grains as a phosphorous removal adsorbent to adsorb and remove trace phosphate in water, wherein the phosphorus concentration of the treated water meets a third type standard of surface water.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for deeply removing phosphorus from domestic sewage and ground water. 2. Background technology [0002] With the aggravation of water pollution, eutrophication has generally occurred in surface water bodies in my country. The state has set up a major special project for water pollution control to conduct research, invested huge sums of money in the construction of urban sewage treatment facilities, and improved the treatment rate of urban domestic sewage. However, at present, the aerobic activated sludge process is generally used in the treatment of urban domestic sewage, but the concentrations of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the effluent water of aerobic biological treatment still reach 20-35 mg / L and 0.3-3.0 mg / L respectively, which are the main factors for lake water. 10-50 times of the second standard. In many cases, it is difficult for domestic sewage to meet the national first-class A discharge sta...
