The invention discloses a method for preparing high-cohesive-force polyurethane elastic fibers. The method includes the steps that low-melting-point substances are added into a spinning solution, then the mixture is heated to be solidified into yarns in channels, and then the yarns are twisted into bundles. The adding quantity of the low-melting-point substances is 0.1% to 30%, and the melting point of the low-melting-point substances is lower than the temperature in the spinning channels. The low-melting-point substances are any one kind of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, polyolefin elastomers and thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers. According to the method for preparing the high-cohesive-force polyurethane elastic fibers, the low-melting-point substances are added into spandex, the mixture is melted at the high temperature to be stick, high stickiness is achieved, the effect of increasing cohesive force is achieved, and the cohesive force does not only depend on attraction force between the yarns.
