The production technology comprises the following steps: (1) feeding 1.8 parts by mass of polyoxyethylene stearates, 1-2 parts of potassium oxalate and 3.4 parts of triethanolamine monoleate to 8.9 parts by mass of deionized water and stirring the raw materials evenly; (3) sequentially adding 1.7 parts by mass of solid nano-titanium dioxide and 2.8 parts by mass of sodium tripolyphosphate, and further stirring until the raw materials are fully mixed evenly to prepare a finishing liquid; and (3) carrying out padding treatment on fabric in the finishing liquid and carrying out constant-temperature drying. According to the production technology of the blanket overlapping cloth disclosed by the invention, the finished fabric has washing durability and excellent antibacterial property and antifouling property.
