The preparation process of the CNT dispersing agent comprises steps as follows: nano-silica gel is taken as a dispersing agent and mixed with CNTs in a container, and a mixture is stirred in a magnetic stirrer and is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion in ultrasonic dispersion equipment finally. The dispersibility of the CNTs can be enhanced through solubility of nano-silica gel particles well dispersed in the CNT dispersing agent; besides, the CNTs can be effectively prevented from agglomeration by the aid of nanoparticles attached to the surfaces of the CNTs; mechanical properties and durability of the prepared CNT cement based composite material can be improved more remarkably.
