Abstract

The invention relates to a method for algae removal of aquiculture water by use of a high-voltage pulsed electric field and belongs to the technical field of aquiculture. The method adopts a specific process and such specific parameters as output voltage of 18-25 kv, pulse width of 12-20 [mu]s and pulse frequency of 50-80 Hz; then a generator is started up for circulating water treatment for 2-3 times, circulating treatment of aquatic water effectively breaks algae floccules and cell lethal, the algae removal ratio is 96-97 percent, and the algae control purpose is achieved; meanwhile, a coagulant (polyaluminium sulfate) and a sludge pumping machine are provided to realize algae body flocculation and sedimentation and withdrawal, and the algae removal ratio can be increased to 100 percent to the utmost extent; algae decomposition for algal toxin release is prevented, and the healthy environment of aquatic water is effectively guaranteed. The method provided by the invention is a physical method, is good in effect, most direct, free from secondary contamination and low in cost, can remove all algae and is very suitable for being applied to algae removal of aquiculture water.
