Abstract

The self-calibration geomagnetic sensor circuit includes a biaxial magnetoresistive sensor, a signal amplification circuit, an AD conversion module, a set and reset circuit, a voltage boosting circuit for providing driving voltage of the set and reset circuit, a reference voltage source which provides reference voltage for the biaxial magnetoresistive sensor and the AD conversion module respectively, an internal microprocessor which provides control signals for the set and reset circuit and the voltage boosting circuit respectively, and a power source conversion module which supplies power for the AD conversion module and the set and reset circuit respectively; the set and reset end of the biaxial magnetoresistive sensor is connected with a corresponding port of the set and reset circuit; and the output end of the biaxial magnetoresistive sensor is connected with an upper computer through the signal amplification circuit and the AD conversion module. With the self-calibration geomagnetic sensor circuit adopted, the detection sensitivity of a geomagnetic sensor can be improved.
