Abstract

The invention discloses a fluidized bed furnace system for biomass combustion. The fluidized bed furnace system comprises a feed port, an elevator, a stock bin and a fluidized bed furnace. The fluidized bed furnace comprises a combustion chamber, a furnace hearth and an air induction fan. Raw material is conveyed to the stock bin from the feed port through the elevator, a screw conveyer in the stock bin conveys the raw material to the combustion chamber, and the combustion chamber is communicated with the furnace hearth. The air induction fan guides smoke generated after combustion of the raw material to a smoke pipeline through the combustion chamber and the furnace hearth, and the smoke pipeline is connected to a mist dust removal device. The combustion chamber is provided with a feed end, an air blower and a waste heat recovery fan are arranged at the feed end of the combustion chamber, the air direction of the air blower and the air direction of the waste heat recovery fan are combined with the air direction of the air induction fan, and therefore the raw material in the combustion chamber is combusted in the combustion chamber in a continuous rotation mode and is conveyed into the furnace hearth, little raw material falls to the bottom of the combustion chamber in the combustion process, combustion is more thorough, and black smoke can be avoided after long-term use.
