When the high-temperature-resistant inorganic boron cross-linking agent is applied in fracturing transformation of oil and gas reservoirs, permeability damage caused by fracturing liquid to reservoirs can be effectively reduced, the use amount of gel breaker is decreased, and therefore the fracturing transformation effect of oil and gas reservoirs is improved. The cross-linking agent is simple in component, does not contain any corrosive dangerous chemicals and solves the technical problems that in the prior art, the number of components in cross-linking agents is large and dangerous chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide are contained in cross-linking agents.
