The invention discloses a wind-solar complementary seawater desalination system, which comprises a power supply, an indirect contact seawater desalination system, a direct contact membrane distillation seawater desalination system and a cooling system. The indirect contact seawater desalination system and the direct contact membrane distillation seawater desalination system are connected through a pipeline. The cooling system provides the indirect contact seawater desalination system and the direct contact membrane distillation seawater desalination system with cold energy. By coupling three kinds of energy, unification of high energy efficiency ratio, high fresh water recovery rate and low operation cost of the seawater desalination system is realized, and organic combination of cold waste energy (LNG cold energy) and renewable energy (solar energy and wind energy) is achieved. LNG cold energy is fully utilized. No energy is consumed. There is no operation cost.
