The invention relates to a method for synthesizing olefin by electro-catalyzing semi-hydrogenated gas-phase alkyne. The method comprises the following steps of: spraying a catalyst onto a gas diffusion layer substrate (comprising conductive carbon paper, metal and the like) by using a gas diffusion electrode, isolating a cathode from an anode by using an ion exchange membrane, and adopting a three-electrode or two-electrode system constant-voltage method to carry out electrochemical performance test, wherein the reaction gas is high-purity alkyne. According to the invention, the experimental results show that the method can be used for efficiently and selectively reducing the gas-phase alkyne into the corresponding olefin; compared with an H-type electrolytic tank, after the gas diffusionelectrode is used, the reaction current density is multiplied, the reaction voltage and the reaction current can reach 1 Acm<-2> or above by regulating and controlling the reaction voltage, and the Faraday efficiency of a target olefin product is remarkably improved and reaches 95% or above; and compared with the traditional thermal catalysis technology, the method can selectively reduce the gas-phase alkyne into olefin at normal temperature and normal pressure without hydrogen consumption, can greatly reduce the energy consumption in the process, better meets the requirements of green chemical industry, and has great strategic significance.

According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, thermit reaction of aluminum and calcium sulfate and thermit reaction of the aluminum and titanium oxide are applied, and Ti which is a product of the thermit reactions and redundant Al powder and B powder in the raw materials form the aluminum-titanium-boracium mater alloy; and as large equipment (such as electrolyzers and smelting furnaces), the external energy and the like are not needed, the production cost is greatly lowered, the technological time is shortened, and an aluminum-titanium-boracium mater alloy refiner with high quality is obtained.

Thick-thin separation is carried out in the concentration device, the clear water which is separated out is recycled, thick water is conveyed into the flue in front of the dust remover behind the air preheater of the boiler througha pump, and a spraying device is arranged in the flue to atomize the waste water to evaporate the waste water by waste heat of flue gas; after liquid-state components in the desulfurization waste water are evaporated, remaining solid matter is removed from the dust remover, and steam formed after the liquid-state components in the desulfurization waste water are evaporated enters the desulfurization tower along with the flue gas and then is exhausted by a chimney. Zero release of the desulfurization waste water of the coal-fired power plant can be achieved, the desulfurization waste water isevaporated by fully utilizing the waste heat of the flue gas of the coal-fired power plant, it is not needed to consume other heat sources, and energy saving and emission reduction are achieved.

The pore blocking method has the beneficial effects that temperature and vacuum degree conditions of the equipment after the physical vapor deposition method is used for plating the film are utilized effectively; the modified layer is subjected to pore blocking in a natural cooling process of the equipment and the production efficiency is improved obviously; new equipment and materials do not need to be added, no energy source is consumed and the processing cost is low; the pore blocking method is only used for oxidizing a micro-pore; the corrosion resistance of the bipolar plate is improved under the precondition of guaranteeing that the electrical conductivity is not changed so that the service life is prolonged.
