Abstract

The invention discloses sludge treatment process equipment and a treatment method. The sludge treatment process equipment comprises a sludge treatment device and a waste gas treatment device, wherein the sludge treatment device comprises a sludge transporter, a heat and agitating water reduction tank, a sludge pump, a rotary cement kiln and a clinker cooling machine; the waste gas treatment device comprises an inlet fan, an outlet fan, a high-temperature fan, a preheater, a deodorizer, a wet waste gas exhaust pipe, an electric precipitator and a chimney; sludge containing more than 80% of water is subjected to water reduction treatment so that the water content in the sludge is reduced, then, the sludge is prepared into a part of cement clinker through incineration treatment, and finally, waste smoke is treated, so that the sludge treatment process equipment is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
