The above device comprises a microbiosensor unit, an excitation signal generating unit, a data acquisition and processing unit and a main control unit. The main control unit generates an original excitation signal to the excitation signal generating unit such that the excitation signal generating unit generates an excitation signal; the microbiosensor unit generates an electric signal corresponding to concentration of small organic molecules to be detected under the action of the excitation signal; the electric signal is pretreated by the data acquisition and processing unit; and afterwards, the main control unit analyzes the pretreated electrical signal so as to obtain the concentration of the small organic molecules to be detected. When the device is in use, the microbiosensor unit is inserted into a plant organ to be detected to carry out detection.
