Abstract

The invention provides an intelligent imaging system for surgical operation. The intelligent imaging system comprises a frequency-domain optical coherence tomography subsystem for obtaining a depth image of a biological tissue, a fluorescence imaging and hyperspectral analysis subsystem for forming a hyperspectral image, a probe device for coupling optical paths of the frequency-domain optical coherence tomography subsystem and the fluorescence imaging and hyperspectral analysis subsystem, fusing the depth image of the biological tissue and the hyperspectral image to obtain a structural functional stereoscopic image of the biological tissue, determining an operative area according to the structural functional stereoscopic image of the biological tissue and performing scanning in the operative area to obtain a quasi-real-time image.
