The prototyping and manufacturing method comprises the following steps: unrolling and straightening the metal plate, feeding the metal plate into a position between the upper and the lower rows of rolling mills of the roll forming unit, and carrying out multi-time bending on the flat and straight metal plate through the rolling rolls so as to form a corrugated structure and a draining hook structure in sequence; and finally, cutting the draining hook structure into the draining hook corrugated board with required length.
