Abstract

The device mainly comprises a flue gas generating furnace, a feeding machine, a drying pipe, a material scattering device, a cyclone separator, a fine particle conveying device, a finished product conveying device, a dust remover and an induced draft fan. A drying medium generated by the flue gas generating furnace and a high-moisture material which is to be dried and fed in by the feeding machine enter the material scattering device and the drying pipe respectively, and the high-moisture material is scattered in the material scattering device and preliminarily dried, and subjected to deep drying and pneumatic separation in the drying pipe. Particles with the particle size not exceeding the design upper limit requirement are carried by airflow to enter the separator, and coal particles with the particle size being larger than the design upper limit fall into the scattering device and are scattered again. A finished product collected by the separator is fed into a coal yard or other places through the conveying device. Exhaust gas exhausted by the separator is treated by the dust remover and then is injected into the atmosphere through the induced draft fan.
