Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of easy-to-dye polyimide fabric employing a chemical reduction method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) processing the polyimide fabric with an alkaline reducing liquid, to be specific, putting the polyimide fabric into a compressive container containing the alkaline reducing liquid, wherein the pressure is 0.1-0.2MPa, the temperature is 100-110 DEG C and the processing time is 10-60 minutes; and (2) washing the polyimide fabric: taking out and washing the polyimide fabric processed by the alkaline reducing solution for 6-10 times, and drying in an oven at 70-100 DEG C for 1-2 hours, wherein the alkaline reducing liquid is a mixed solution of sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate and a reducing agent; the molar ratio of the sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate to the reducing agent is 2 to 1; the molar percent concentration of the sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate is 0.1%-10%; and the molar percent concentration of the reducing agent is 0.05%-5%. The polyimide fabric is changed into dyeable fabric from un-dyed fabric on the basis of not damaging the physical and chemical properties of the polyimide fabric; and the problem that polyimide is difficult to dye is solved.
