The invention relates to a nanometer pore-space
medicine-relieving structure for medical
elution of the instrument and the preparation method. By adopting acid-solution-
corrosion bore-forming or the method of anodization, or acid-solution-
corrosion bore-forming first, anodization second, or the method combining micro-arc oxidation and micro-arc nitridation, single-sized, double-sized or multi-sized nanometer pore can be prepared directly in the
raw material of the instrument body, that is, a plurality of nanometer bores distributed in an even size, or distributed in two or more uneven sizes including the statistical average of the bore
diameter and the bore depth are prepared. The invention includes the following technical steps (1) pre-process the surface of an instrument body; (2) prepare pores; (3) post-process of the surface of the instrument; (4) prepare the
medicine; (5) spray the
medicine. The invention can reduce the risk of
thrombosis caused by planting the instrument which uses
polymer carrier for carrying medicine into the tissue of
human body and control effectively the medicine-releasing speed, so that the post-operation
restenosis rate can be reduced obviously. The invention is of simple technique, short production period and low production cost.
