Systems and methods for treatment of vascular lesions. The system includes a drug-eluting distal portion of a drug-eluting catheter and a balloon of a balloon catheter configured for positioning with a vascular lesion. The method entails securing the drug-eluting distal portion to the inner wall of a blood vessel with the balloon, and delivery of therapeutic agents into the blood vessel wall while the drug-eluting distal portion is held against the wall of the blood vessel by the balloon. The distal infusion portion of the drug infusion catheter is first located within the lesion. After the drug infusion portion is in position, the balloon of the balloon catheter is translated into the lesion and inflated to press the drug-eluting portion into contact with the blood vessel wall and a therapeutic agent is delivered through the drug-eluting portion.

The application discloses a light-emitting guide wire, a balloon catheter assembly and a use method thereof. The light-emitting guide wire comprises a fiber with opposite proximal and distal ends, the fiber comprising a core and a cladding layer wrapping the core, a part of the core of the distal end of the fiber being exposed and serving as a light-emitting working section; a push rod in a hollow tubular structure, the push rod being fixedly sleeved on the outer periphery of the fiber for driving the fiber to move; a guide head connected to the distal end of the fiber; and a support at the periphery of the light-emitting working section, two ends of the support being connected to the guide head and the push rod respectively. The light-emitting guide wire can be used in combination with various balloon catheter assemblies, is simple to process, and can switch the light-emitting guide wire to emit different light irradiation on a vascular lesion section by replacing the light source of the balloon catheter assembly, thereby effectively preventing vascular restenosis or neointimal proliferation.

A method, apparatus, and electronic device based on DSA and OCT fusion imaging

This invention provides a method, apparatus, and electronic device based on DSA and OCT fusion imaging. The method includes: synchronously and continuously acquiring DSA and OCT sequence images; time-stamping the acquired DSA and OCT sequence images; distributing the acquired DSA sequence images to different GPU units for processing according to the time sequence of the stamped images, calculating and marking the position of the imaging ring in the DSA sequence image; and synchronously displaying the OCT sequence image and the DSA sequence image with the marked imaging ring position on the same display according to the marked time. This invention can quickly and accurately obtain a fused DSA and OCT image by matching the imaging ring position on the DSA sequence image with the OCT sequence image obtained through synchronous imaging. This allows doctors to more clearly and intuitively see the retraction of the OCT lens in the blood vessel within the DSA image, providing image reference and technical support for subsequent localization of vascular lesions.
