The present invention discloses an inside-annealing-furnace dust concentration online measurement apparatus, which comprises: a gas suction pump for sucking dust-containing gas out of an annealing furnace; a dust separation device for performing dust and gas separation on the dust-containing gas conveyed by the gas suction pump; a particle counter arranged on the outlet position of the dust separation device and used for performing particle counting on the dust entering the particle counter; and a PLC connected to the particle counter and used for receiving the result transmitted by the particle counter and calculating the dust concentration in the dust-containing gas by combining the sampled dust-containing gas content. The present invention further discloses an inside-annealing-furnace dust concentration online measurement method.
