Rose hydrolat is capable of retaining moisture, supplementing water, nourishing the skin, improving skin elasticity and delaying aging; sweet apricot kernel oil is widely-used base oil which is skin-friendly, mild and inirritative; glycerin is an excellent moisture-retaining material and enables the skin to be full of moisture and not dry; and the tranexamic acid essence has whitening, spot-fading and melanin-eliminating effects.
