Problems solved by technology

[0003] The existing lubricating oil is basically produced by the petrochemical industry. Since petroleum resources are non-renewable resources and contain various toxic and harmful substances in petroleum, these toxic and harmful substances are difficult to remove by means of chemical engineering, so use Substances extracted from petroleum not only have harmful substances, but also are not conducive to the protection of our environment

Abstract

The invention relates to an engine lubricating oil. The engine lubricating oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.05 to 0.08 wt% of compound (A), 0.08 to 0.13 wt% of compound (B), 0.04 to 0.05 wt% of vitamin E, 50 to 60 PPM of magnesium dialkyl dithiophosphate, 30 to 40 wt% of epoxy soybean oil, 100 to 200 PPM of HF, 500 to 800 PPM of 2-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, 0.05 wt% of calcium salicylate, 500 to 800 PPM of glyceryl monooleate, 500 to 800 PPM of water, 1.5 wt% of ceramic powder with a size of 0.5 micrometer, and the balance being neutral oil. Compared with the prior art, the engine lubricating oil has the advantages that the lubricating oil can protect engine and is capable of further enhancing the lubricating oil of various lubricating oils used in the vehicles; one of the main components is non-chemical, is resistant to high temperature and high pressure, will not degrade as the engine oil is oxidized, and can protect the engine for a long term; and the lubricating oil has a strong anti-friction performance and is capable of effectively reducing natural mechanical wear caused by cold start and operation of engine. The lubricating oil is suitable for various fuel oil engines, fuel gas engines, and engineering machinery and equipment which need lubricating oil with an enhanced friction resistant performance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an engine lubricating oil. Background technique [0002] Lubricating oil is a liquid or semi-solid lubricant used in various types of automobiles and mechanical equipment to reduce friction and protect machinery and processed parts. It mainly plays the roles of lubrication, cooling, rust prevention, cleaning, sealing and buffering (Roab). Engine lubricating oil, for the engine, the lubricating oil has the functions of lubricating, cleaning, cooling, sealing, reducing wear, preventing rust, and preventing corrosion. The engine is the heart of the car. There are many metal surfaces that rub against each other in the engine. These parts move fast and the environment is poor. The working temperature can reach 400°C to 600°C. Under such harsh working conditions, only qualified lubricating oil can reduce the wear of engine parts and prolong the service life. Engine lubricating oils on the market can be simply divided into mineral o...
