The method comprises the steps of when the DPF needs to be regenerated, acquiring the front end temperature and rear end temperature of the DPF, calculating the first temperature difference of the rear end temperature and the front end temperature, and comparing the first temperature difference with a temperature difference threshold; if the first temperature difference is smaller than the temperature difference threshold, regulating the current target temperature to a second target temperature according to the preset temperature regulating amount after the preset time duration, wherein the current target temperature is smaller than the second target temperature; acquiring the exhaust gas flow of an engine, calculating a second temperature difference of the front end temperature and the second target temperature, determining the first jet quantity of fuel oil according to the exhaust gas flow and the second temperature difference, and then, jetting the fuel oil; and circulating the processes until the regulated target temperature is larger than or equal to the maximum value of the preset target temperature, and then, stopping jetting to finish the stage-by-stage regeneration of the DPF.
