In use of the hemorrhoids treatment apparatus, the sleeve is sleeved by a sanitary sleeve, hemorrhoids-treating ointment is applied to the sanitary sleeve, then the sleeve is inserted into the anus, the motor is started for driving the permanent magnet or the electromagnet to rotate, and then the rotation magnet-therapy treatment is carried out on the hemorrhoids.
