The invention relates to a gas spray pipe flow measuring device capable of online calibration, comprising: a pipe segment for passage of gas; a spray pipe mounted in the pipe segment and having a first port and a second port; a differential pressure transmitter measuring a pressure difference between the first port and second port of the spray pipe; the device is characterized in that the pipe segment is provided with a transparent window, projection of the transparent window on a pipe wall covers projection of the second port of the spray pipe on the pipe wall; a laser Doppler flow rate meter is disposed outside the pipe segment, and laser emitted by the Doppler flow rate meter passes through the transparent window and measures flow rate at the second port of the spray pipe.
