Abstract

The invention discloses an active phased array radar transceiver component and a manufacturing method thereof. The assembly includes four transceiver circuit units and one multifunctional multiplexing circuit unit. Each transceiver circuit unit includes a circular isolator, a limiter, a low noise amplifier, a driving amplifier and a power amplifier. The multifunctional multiplexing circuit unit includes a 1:4 stripline power division/synthesis network, four amplitude and phase multifunctional circuits, four wave control circuits and four power modulation circuits. The receiving signal of each transceiver circuit unit is input by the antenna, passes through the ring isolator, the limiter, the low noise amplifier, the amplitude and phase multifunctional circuit, and finally the receiving signal of the four channels is divided and synthesized by the 1:4 strip line power division/synthesis network. Signal synthesis output; while the transmission signal is input from the common terminal of the components, and output through the 1:4 stripline power division/synthesis network, amplitude-phase multifunctional circuit, drive amplifier, power amplifier, and ring isolator.
